Following the popular 'S.H.Figuarts' action figure series released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., and after the Suletta Mercury in her duelist uniform, the company has once again announced the commercialization of a new product from "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury," the "Suletta Mercury (Standard Uniform Ver.) & Accessory Set."
The protagonist of "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury" is a girl named Suletta Mercury. In her childhood, she lived with her mother on "Mercury," a frontier region with an extremely harsh environment. There, Suletta was the only child, and the AI of the Gundam Aerial became the family member who accompanied her growth and play. At 16, Suletta was sent by her mother to Asticassia School of Technology, an elite institution operated by the Benerit Group, a leading company in the mobile suit industry, where she enrolled as a second-year student in the piloting department. Many unfamiliar novelties excited her, but due to her introverted personality and lack of experience interacting with peers, she struggled with communication.
The "S.H.Figuarts Suletta Mercury (Standard Uniform Ver.) & Accessory Set" utilizes some new parts based on previous versions to recreate her green-toned standard uniform. The overall articulation design, like previous versions, features flexible joints. We wonder if there will be more new interchangeable face parts? As for accessories, a scooter widely used on campus has been revealed, allowing the orange Haro to be attached to the front. More product information will be announced at a later date.
