Japan's MEDICOM TOY, known for its exquisite anime character figure series "Ultra Detail Figure" (UDF), will release a series of figures featuring Bojji, the protagonist from the popular anime "Ranking of Kings", in November 2023! Each figure will be priced starting from 1,650 JPY.
"Ranking of Kings" (王様ランキング) is a manga created by Sōsuke Tōka, originally serialized online in 2017 before being released as tankōbon volumes. In 2019, an anime adaptation was announced, which began airing in October 2021. The story follows the protagonist, "Bojji" (ボッジ), the first prince of the Bosse Kingdom. Born deaf and mute, and physically weak, he is not considered fit to inherit the throne by many. However, Bojji never gives up. With the help of his friend Kage (カゲ), assistance from other palace residents, and guidance from his mentor Despa, the prince gradually grows stronger and demonstrates his unique abilities.
This MEDICOM TOY UDF series release, themed around Ranking of Kings, features the protagonist Bojji as its basis, with a total of five different poses and actions, including his friend, Kage of the Shadow Clan. The figures range in size from 6.2 to 6.5 cm, and each is incredibly lively and adorable. Fans of Bojji should definitely consider adding these to their collection.
