Japanese high-quality statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, renowned for its powerful dimensions and exquisite details, will follow up on its "Ultimate Premium Masterline" series' Asuka and Rei releases with the latest work from "Evangelion New Theatrical Edition": the "Mari Illustrious Makinami Entry Plug Interior" 1/4 scale statue. It was unveiled early at the ONLINE NEXT LEVEL SHOWCASE X 2023 (NLX) online exhibition, with more product sales information to be updated later.
Mari, a girl from the UK, is an EVA pilot candidate from NERV's European branch. Unlike other pilots, she is an optimist who enjoys combat, maintaining a cheerful and relaxed attitude even during operations. She habitually adds "meow" to the end of her sentences and is a highly popular character known for her glasses.
The Prime 1 Studio "Mari Illustrious Makinami Entry Plug Interior" 1/4 scale statue is crafted with ultra-high precision, featuring the EVA unit's cockpit with Mari seated inside! Through P1S's painting and sculpting techniques, her soft skin texture and flowing twin-tails are beautifully rendered. Her glossy pink plugsuit tightly embraces her slender figure, showcasing her graceful body lines, with abundant details to admire from every angle. Her signature red-framed glasses and gentle smiling expression are utterly captivating!
