The Japanese toy manufacturer MIMEYOI (MIMEYOI Co., Ltd.), specializing in bishoujo figures, has officially announced its latest product from the popular mobile game "Azur Lane": the "Javelin: Happy June Bride" (ジャベリン 幸せのジューンブライド) 1/7 scale pre-painted PVC figure! Pre-orders began today (30th), with an estimated shipping date of June 2024.
In the world of "Azur Lane," Javelin is an SR J-class destroyer belonging to the Royal Navy faction, based on the real-life HMS Javelin of the British Royal Navy. In the game, she is depicted as a purple-haired girl who always cheers on the Commander with an energetic voice. She boasts an S-rank evasion stat, and while adorable, she can be quite a nuisance in exercises for many players (laughs). This "Happy June Bride" figure is based on her "Pure White Happiness" oath skin from the game, bringing to life Javelin as the happiest girl in the world, adorned in her wedding dress!
This figure stands approximately 27.5 cm tall, recreating Javelin's incredibly bright smile and her playful, dynamic pose. Every detail is meticulously crafted, from the translucent quality of her oath wedding dress, the gradient of her purple hair, and the decorative carvings on her attire, to the fresh flowers and ribbons adorning her weapon. In addition to Javelin herself, the acrylic base (アクリルベース) created by MIMEYOI is an original element not found in the game. Its thickness, angular design, color, and translucent visual effect all contribute to a premium feel. Coupled with the "JAVELIN" lettering printed on the front, the overall thematic presence is further enhanced!
