Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY's shooting battle toy series "激鬥瓶蓋人 (キャップ革命 ボトルマン)" has announced its exciting new product "BOT-58 Bottle Phoenix G" (ボトルフェニックスG)! It is scheduled for release on August 5, 2023.
This "Bottle Phoenix G" follows "BOT-31 Bottle Phoenix DX" and "BOT-46 Super Bottle Phoenix DX", marking the Phoenix's third appearance in the 激鬥瓶蓋人 series! The prototype for Bottle Phoenix G comes from the fourth-generation Phoenix, "Combat Phoenix" (コンバットフェニックス), the beloved machine of protagonist "Tamago Tosaka" from the Bottleman predecessor, "B-Daman".
Once assembled, Bottle Phoenix G stands at 14 cm tall. In addition to recreating Combat Phoenix's classic color scheme and highly prominent wings, it also offers a new interpretation of Bottleman characteristics. It can utilize the "G Mega Cannon Wings (tentative translation, Gメガキャノンウィーク)" to apply pressure to the claw arms, launching a powerful strike befitting its power-specialized design! Besides the Bottle Phoenix G main unit, this product will also include a light blue metallic bottle cap.
▼ The packaging box, which continues the legacy of the past "B-Daman Combat Phoenix", is also a highlight! Tamago Tosaka, drawn by "Shun Imaga" sensei, is also located in the bottom right corner of the package, holding this release's protagonist, Bottle Phoenix G!
