Following releases like "Steel Jeeg" and "Getter 1" in the "BIG SCALE" series, known for its imposing presence from Hong Kong toy design brand Kaiju One (Ichikobo), the latest product from "Neon Genesis Evangelion" will be the "EVA Unit-01" soft vinyl toy! It is scheduled for release at the Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games and Japan's largest model exhibition, "Wonder Festival 2023 [Summer]".
This "EVA Unit-01" soft vinyl figure, magnificently sculpted to a height of 50 cm, has been reinterpreted with unique body proportions, further emphasizing the presence of its head, shoulders, and arms, giving it a remarkably robust upper body visual. The legs also depart from the slender image typically associated with EVA Unit-01, instead forming very thick lines. Coupled with the overall rich colors, detailed mechanical sculpting, and a slightly forward-leaning pose, it truly generates immense anticipation!
