Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s online store PREMIUM BANDAI (PB for short) will release the "SuperCompleteSelectionGames Ryu Hadoken Gloves" prop toy, themed after the classic game "Street Fighter." The suggested retail price is 9,900 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2024!
The "SuperCompleteSelectionGames Ryu Hadoken Gloves," which allow you to experience Ryu's moves, feature a main design identical to "Street Fighter V," recreating the iconic red fingerless glove style. Equipped with motion sensors and vibration devices, wearing the gloves and performing the technique movements allows you to activate four types of moves: Hadoken, Shoryuken, Shinku Hadoken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!
In addition to triggering vibration effects by sensing body movements and speed, the gloves also include special move sound effects, providing an immersive experience of martial arts! The left and right gloves synchronize using infrared sensors. Beyond the moves, they also feature nostalgic classic game startup sounds, Ryu's dialogue, game BGM, and other rich sound effects. Furthermore, there are different modes such as an unlimited "Training Mode" and a "Battle Mode" where you must perform moves within a limited time, allowing you to challenge for high scores!
