GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series "POP UP PARADE" from Japan is releasing the "POP UP PARADE Gon Freecss" PVC figure, based on the popular series "HUNTER x HUNTER"! The suggested retail price is 4,800 JPY, with an estimated release in December 2023!
The manga series "HUNTER×HUNTER", which began serialization in 1998 and whose ending remains far off, features its main protagonist, Gon Freecss. Growing up on Whale Island surrounded by nature, he was raised solely by his Aunt Mito. After a chance encounter where he learned about his father's exploits, he developed an interest in the Hunter profession. To find his father and fulfill his own dreams, he took the Hunter Exam and embarked on the path to becoming a Hunter.
The "POP UP PARADE Gon Freecss" PVC figure is based on his Jajanken charging pose. Orange translucent effect parts recreate the state of "concentrating Nen in his fist," while his gritted-teeth expression conveys Gon's battle-ready atmosphere! The white sleeveless top features specially sculpted natural gaps and a flowing feel between the garment and his body, revealing his youthful armpits and subtly defined back and chest muscles. In addition to his green shorts and long boots, the tips of his hair are also given a green gradient, making the overall presentation incredibly vibrant!
