Released by "TAMASHII NATIONS," the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., the 『S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)』 series, which sculpts from the skeletal structure to give tokusatsu heroes their original cool appearance and natural articulation, has announced detailed information for the latest product, "Glitter Tiga," from "Ultraman Tiga." This product will be released as a commemorative item for the opening of the annual TAMASHII NATION 2023 event.
Glitter Tiga, who appeared in the final episode, is Ultraman Tiga's strongest form. After Ultraman Tiga was defeated by the ultimate evil god "Gatanothor" and turned into a stone statue by its power of darkness, children all over the world transformed their "hope" into light and merged with Tiga, reviving him into his strongest form, "Glitter Tiga," with his entire body radiating golden light.
The "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Glitter Tiga" is a modification of the regular version released in 2021. While the overall sculpt and physique remain unchanged, some parts' materials and joint structures have been altered to improve the playability of the articulated joints. For the coloring, the originally silver-white head has been changed to gold, and the composite body has been coated with a golden paint featuring a strong metallic particle effect, expressing a body radiating golden light.
As for accessories, it includes a rich selection of 6 types of left hands and 5 types of right hands, as well as interchangeable red and blue Color Timers. The beam effect parts have also been modified to a golden "Glitter Zeperion Ray" version, and it even includes a newly sculpted "Zeperion Ray Charging Effect" to recreate the cool pose before firing!
