Studio Ghibli's highest-grossing film, "Spirited Away" (千と千尋の神隠し), directed and written by Hayao Miyazaki, premiered in Japan in 2001 and won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2003. The story follows ten-year-old Chihiro Ogino and her parents as they get lost and stumble into the spirit world, embarking on a fantastical journey through the mysterious "Aburaya" bathhouse; in addition to its exquisite visuals and moving soundtrack, the rich character designs and underlying metaphors in the plot are also topics frequently discussed by fans.
This latest release, the "Spirited Away Wobbling Roly-Poly Tumblers" blind box series, features the distinctive spirits from the film as its main characters. It includes the radish-like Radish Spirit (Oshira-sama), the super cute Ōtori-sama, No-Face, Bō-mouse, the three green heads that bounce around Yubaba's room – Kashira, and the mysterious Stone Man at the tunnel entrance. These six characters are approximately 45 to 52 mm tall, a size that fits perfectly in one hand. Their plump bodies and wobbling design are incredibly adorable!
