GOOD SMILE COMPANY of Japan has announced the latest addition to their popular "Nendoroid" series, which boasts over a thousand different products: the "Nendoroid Hisoka" articulated figure from Hunter x Hunter. It will be available for a suggested retail price of 6,200 JPY, with an estimated release in February 2024.
A former member of the Phantom Troupe, number 4, "Hisoka" is a Transmuter Nen user, also known as the "Mysterious Magician." He consistently displays a calm, unpredictable, and capricious demeanor, enjoying teasing others and engaging in bloody battles. His interests lie in finding prey, nurturing formidable rivals, and then defeating them. This is why he has repeatedly saved the protagonist, Gon, intending to prevent any harm from befalling Gon before he is worthy of becoming Hisoka's opponent.
The "Nendoroid Hisoka" articulated figure, rendered in a Q-version scale and approximately 10 cm in size, faithfully recreates Hisoka's distinctive pale skin and red hair, along with his iconic costume and extremely slender waist. The star and teardrop markings on his face are, of course, also present. It comes with three vivid interchangeable face plates: a confident "Smiling Face," an "Excited Face" for combat, and an expressive "Screaming Face." Paired with included accessories such as "Playing Cards" and "Bungee Gum," fans can enjoy recreating Hisoka's wild and unpredictable poses!
Additionally, pre-orders placed through the "GOODSMILE Online Shop" will include a "Special Background Sheet" as a bonus.
