BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division's 1/144 scale Gunpla "HG (High Grade)" series today announced the latest product from "Mobile Fighter G Gundam," the "Gundam Maxter," scheduled for release in November 2023. This product will be sold exclusively on BANDAI's official online store, PREMIUM BANDAI.
The GF13-006NA Gundam Maxter is the Mobile Fighter piloted by Neo America's Gundam Fighter, Chibodee Crocket. This machine specializes in close-range boxing combat, boasting excellent fighting capabilities, heavy armor, and mobility. Aside from its head vulcans and the Magnum twin guns on its waist, all other attack methods are highly agile punches. Furthermore, the Gundam Maxter can sacrifice defense for increased speed, shedding various armor parts and transforming its shoulder armor into boxing gloves to enter "Boxer Mode," allowing it to unleash powerful techniques such as Burning Punch and Machine Gun Punch.
The "HG 1/144 Gundam Maxter" faithfully recreates its robust armor design using newly molded parts. It features precise color separation and part division technology to reproduce various colors through plastic molding. The full-body articulated joints are designed with the latest modern technology, offering a wide range of motion, allowing for dynamic and powerful boxing poses.
The mobile suit not only reproduces the separation and flight mode of the Core Lander, the mechanism for the shield to be used as a skateboard, and the deployment mechanism for the arm gauntlets to become boxing gloves, but it can also shed its armor and equip the shoulder armor onto both hands, recreating the even faster "Boxer Mode." Furthermore, the product includes an original mechanism conceived by "Mobile Fighter G Gundam" anime director Yasuhiro Imagawa, adding new boxing effect parts and armor-linking burst-armor stands, allowing for explosive attack poses!
