The "Mazinger Z" (マジンガーZ) soft vinyl toy, created by Hong Kong toy design brand Planet-X, is set to appear with a brand-new color scheme at Japan's unique art gallery, Hakaba Gallery (墓場の画廊)! Sales are scheduled to begin on September 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM (Japan time) at Hakaba Gallery (Nakano store) and the Hakaba Gallery ONLINE STORE.
This piece stands approximately 25 cm tall, showcasing PLANET X's consistent unique proportions. In addition to the overall black, gold, and silver color scheme with a glittery texture, compared to the 2022 version, the forearms and legs now utilize fully transparent parts, significantly enhancing the visual transparency. This allows a clear view of the internal black mechanical detailing, and the golden yellow of the Jet Scrander's central component is incredibly striking! It's worth noting that the Pilder can be freely attached and detached for play thanks to its magnetic function – super cool.
▼ While the 2022 version also used transparent material for the arms and legs, it still featured gradient painting, which makes this new color scheme particularly distinct.
