The dog with precognitive abilities, Bond Forger, is Experiment 008 created by Ostania's "Apple Project," which aimed to create highly intelligent animals. He was subjected to inhumane treatment by the project's researchers and later fell into the hands of a terrorist organization, almost being used as a "dog bomb." After the bomb attack plan failed, he was officially adopted by the Forger family, becoming Anya's pet.
