Japanese toy company Kenelephant (ケンエレファント), following last year's release of the "Solo Camp Miniature Collection" in collaboration with Japanese outdoor information media CAMP HACK (キャンプハック), has recently announced its sequel product, "Solo Camp Miniature Collection GARAGE Edition" (ソロキャンプ ミニチュアコレクション ガレージエディション)! It is scheduled to be released in late September in both gashapon and blind box formats.
The camping trend, which became increasingly popular since the pandemic began, continues to thrive even with the world reopened. In Taiwan, a vast number of outdoor enthusiasts still flock to the mountains every holiday, making popular campsites highly sought after! Beyond enjoying time with friends and family, solo camping offers a different kind of pleasure. CAMP HACK has compiled several appeals of solo camping, such as the freedom to decide your own schedule, no need to accommodate others, cheaper single-person gear, the ability to take spontaneous detours during the journey, and a lower barrier to extending your camping days on short notice, among others. This latest toy collection is designed from the perspective of solo camping, incorporating the imagery of enjoying a camping experience within a garage. There are 4 types in total; let's take a look.
● FIREPROOF GS TENT/ GS SHELTER
A flame-retardant tent and inner tent made by GRIP SWANY using FIRE SHIELD flame-retardant fabric.
● ROCKING ROVER
An outdoor single-person chair produced by Ballistics.
