Following the re-launch of the "Cosmo Fleet Special" series of space battleship models by Japanese model manufacturer MEGAHOUSE after nearly 7 years, and the release of the Ra Cailum Re., the latest product from "Mobile Suit Z Gundam," the "Argama Re.," has once again been announced, with a scheduled release in late January 2024.
The Argama is a space cruiser built by the Anti-Earth Federation Government organization "AEUG." In the series, Bright Noa served as its captain, and protagonist Kamille and others used this ship as their base, participating in the Gryps Conflict, a chaotic battle involving various factions. Its specifications referenced the White Base from the One Year War, with enhanced performance. It features two catapult decks and can carry a maximum of 8 mobile suits, with particular emphasis on mobile suit operational capabilities. During non-combat periods, its two side residential blocks can extend outwards, rotating around the main body to generate centrifugal force, thereby simulating gravity to enhance comfort.
The "C.F.SP Argama Re." is a modification of the standard version released many years ago. It is a pre-painted finished product, approximately 19 cm in length. Its intricate sculpting reproduces details such as the bridge, Mega Particle Cannons, two side catapult decks, and residential blocks. By swapping parts, mechanisms like the raising of the bridge, deployment of the Mega Particle Cannons, and extension of the residential blocks can be recreated. The entire model's paint scheme has also been changed to a weathered finish with stains, and water decals can be applied to enhance detail. Accessories include a dedicated display stand and mini models of Z Gundam, Hyaku Shiki, and Rick Dias for combined display.
