Japan's X-PLUS company (株式会社エクスプラス), after releasing the 1/35 scale "Tyrannosaurus Rex" assembly model kit based on "Jurassic Park," recently announced its latest product from "Jurassic Park III": the "Spinosaurus"! Also appearing as a 1/35 scale assembly model kit, it is scheduled for release in December 2023.

The "Spinosaurus," the predator in "Jurassic Park III" that replaced the Tyrannosaurus Rex with its larger size and stronger lethality, is surely one of many collectors' childhood nightmares. The scene where it snaps the T-Rex's neck is also unforgettable. The Spinosaurus assembly model kit released by X-PLUS this time measures 41 cm in length when completed, showcasing a dynamic pose in a charging state with only one foot touching the ground. It fully reproduces the Spinosaurus's highly biological muscle lines and its iconic sail. It will come with a standard base and a display base featuring a crane and the "Jurassic Park III" movie logo, allowing collectors to appreciate the Spinosaurus's overwhelming colossal size with the nearby crane!
※ Although official images of an unpainted kit are not included this time, unlike the previous Tyrannosaurus Rex, this Spinosaurus also requires self-assembly & painting!

▼ The "Spinosaurus," which initially seemed to be at a disadvantage, ultimately used both its hands and mouth to violently twist and snap the Tyrannosaurus Rex's neck – truly an unforgettable scene!
