From Japan's M.I.C. Company (MIC Co., Ltd.)'s emerging brand DIGISM, the "DIGSTA" series will release the latest product based on the popular game "Like a Dragon" (Yakuza) theme: the "Kazuma Kiryu" PVC figure. The suggested retail price is 9,460 JPY, with an estimated release in April 2024.
The protagonist of SEGA's Japanese yakuza-themed action game series "Like a Dragon" (Yakuza), Kazuma Kiryu, is a man born for justice and honor, possessing deep and genuine emotions and a strong sense of righteousness. He holds powerful titles such as "Dragon of Dojima," "Legendary Dragon," "Legendary Yakuza," and "Fourth Chairman of the Tojo Clan." Although he once stated that he never kills, he is often seen in fights using various objects (such as bicycles) to smash his opponents.
The "DIGSTA Kazuma Kiryu" utilizes the series' proud digital modeling and digital transfer printing technology to faithfully recreate the legendary yakuza chairman Kiryu's facial expressions from the game – his intense sword-like eyebrows, sharp gaze, and distinctive beard style. His iconic red shirt and gray suit also feature meticulous detail and texture, with his muscular chest hidden beneath a smooth, glossy satin finish. Additionally, interchangeable hand parts allow for recreating the pose of him holding "Staminan X"! Paired with the exclusive Ouryu (Imperial Dragon) patterned base, the figure exudes an overwhelming presence!
