Japan's SQUARE ENIX company's "STATIC ARTS mini" figure series will release its latest product, "Cloud Strife," based on "FINAL FANTASY VII." The suggested retail price is 4,950 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in May 2024.
"Cloud Strife," the protagonist of the main story of "Final Fantasy VII," is a handsome young man with golden, Chocobo-like hair and blue eyes. His striking giant sword, the "Buster Sword," is a memento from his dear friend Zack Fair. Cloud's demeanor is cold, and he appears indifferent to his surroundings, often saying "Not interested." However, he is actually just socially awkward, deeply values his companions, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. At the beginning of the story, Cloud claims to have been a 1st Class SOLDIER of the Shinra elite unit, but now works as a mercenary, hired by the anti-Shinra organization "Avalanche" to participate in Mako Reactor bombing operations.
The "STATIC ARTS mini Cloud Strife" stands approximately 15 cm tall. With its bold polygonal, block-figure deformation design, Cloud's distinctive Chocobo-like hair, armor, and greatsword are adorably recreated. His spiky hair, round eyes... it's simple yet retains a game-like feel, making it very appealing. It also includes interchangeable arm parts, allowing you to display him with the Buster Sword sheathed on his back~
