World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys yesterday (22nd) unveiled several new 1/6th scale collectible figures. This article brings you information on the Deluxe Version of the "Spider-Man (Black Suit)" from "Spider-Man 3"!
In 2007's "Spider-Man 3," besides the classic Tobey Dance, Spider-Man's appearance in the symbiote black suit is also highly memorable! This figure recreates this black suit, depicting a young "Tobey Maguire," and is sculpted in a 30 cm height. The suit is sewn with high-elasticity fabric, meticulously reproducing the delicate web patterns, the spider emblem on the chest, and the black and gray web lines that enhance the three-dimensional effect. The head sculpts include both masked and unmasked versions. The Tobey Maguire head sculpt, featuring movable eye technology and a realistic facial contour, is outstanding. In addition to the delicate skin, the mole on his face and his sculpted side-parted hair are also fully replicated.
The Deluxe Version, released simultaneously, includes all the content of the regular version, and also comes with an 18 cm tall diorama base designed with a church bell tower theme. In addition to depicting the realistic texture of stone architecture and applying gradient colors, black symbiote details are adorned throughout, allowing collectors to more accurately recreate the in-movie scene where "Peter tries to break free from the black suit"! It would be even more perfect with a large bell! The Deluxe Version also has a special edition that includes an additional symbiote head accessory.
