"Megazone 23" (Japanese: メガゾーン23, English: MEGAZONE 23) is a classic sci-fi OVA anime series that debuted in 1985, created by many members of the "Macross" production team, and is divided into three parts. The story describes how Earth, on the brink of destruction due to prolonged war, forced humanity to leave. For five hundred years, humans have lived in a giant spaceship city. The city's main computer system, "Bahamut" (バハムート), to prevent humanity from repeating its past mistakes, made people live under the illusion of the 20th century. This continued until the protagonist, Shogo Yahagi, one day encountered the mysterious transformable motorcycle mecha "Garland" and uncovered the great secret behind it...
This Garland assembly model from MODEROID stands approximately 16 cm tall. Garland's biggest selling point in the original work is its ability to transform between motorcycle and robot forms. This MODEROID Garland can transform between motorcycle and robot without the need for interchangeable parts.
