Aniplex Inc. (株式会社アニプレックス) of Japan, under its BUZZmod. (バズモッド) action figure series, will release its latest product, the "BUZZmod. Yoko" 1/12 scale action figure, based on the popular anime "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann". The suggested retail price is 12,000 JPY, with an anticipated release in June 2024.
"Yoko (ヨーコ)", the main female character from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann", hails from "Ritona/Littner Village", a surface tribe adjacent to Giha Village. She is a sexy, hot-bodied beauty with a mature physique that belies her age, and she is also the Gurren Brigade's top sniper. Although she belongs to the same generation as the story's protagonist, "Simon", Yoko gives off an "older sister" vibe compared to the introverted Simon, who is completely clueless about the surface world.
The "BUZZmod. Yoko" 1/12 scale action figure, standing approximately 14 cm tall, brings to life the Gurren Brigade's top sniper and fan-service-providing heroine, Yoko, as a fully articulated figure. Her fiery physique is faithfully recreated, showcasing her ample bust and curvaceous lines. Details such as her hair ornament and studded belt are meticulously reproduced, and her red ponytail sways dynamically, creating a sense of movement! Her pink knee-high socks are made from real fabric, and because they conceal the knee joints, a "double joint" mechanism can be employed without compromising the aesthetic silhouette, allowing for a wider range of dynamic poses to enhance scene creation! Furthermore, it includes 5 different face parts, which, when combined with the sunglasses bangs, allow for various scene recreations. The rifle strap and the muzzle brake with effect parts are interchangeable!
