BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division in Japan, known for its highly diverse 1/144 scale Gunpla 'HG (High Grade)' series, today announced the latest product from the anime "Gundam Build Metaverse", the "HG 1/144 Perfect Strike Freedom Rouge Gundam", scheduled for release on January 13, 2024.
The Perfect Strike Freedom Rouge Gundam is the Gunpla used by the "mysterious" Masked Lady, the master who taught protagonist Rio Hojo Gunpla battles in the series. It is known as "P.S.F.R.". It is said to be a Gunpla created by the Masked Lady to pay homage to a past rival, and its design is identical to the Perfect Strike Freedom Gundam used by Sana Miyama in "Gundam Breaker Battlogue".
The "HG 1/144 Perfect Strike Freedom Rouge Gundam" is a modification of the previously released "HG 1/144 Perfect Strike Freedom Gundam". All parts' molding colors have been replaced with the same pink tones as the Strike Rouge Gundam, and the stickers for the head's twin-eye cameras have also been changed to green. Otherwise, all parts are thoroughly reused.
The backpack's 8 "Super DRAGOON" mobile weapon wings can be detached to recreate the beam assault cannon firing state. The Gunblade and Flame God possess a combined structure to form a giant sword. The rocket anchor on the left shoulder uses a metallic wire to recreate its firing state. This allows for various armament styles suitable for close, mid, and long-range combat.
