Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY, under its popular "Nendoroid" series with over a thousand different figures, will release the latest product from the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!", "Nendoroid Ryo Yamada"! The suggested retail price is 5,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in April 2024.
Ryo Yamada, a popular character from Hamaji Aki's manga "Bocchi the Rock!", is a second-year student at Shimokitazawa High School. Usually quiet and cool in appearance, she possesses an immense passion for rock music. When the topic of rock comes up, she becomes incredibly talkative and dedicates all her money to it, which is why she is always extremely poor. She was originally in another band but left due to differing ideals. At the invitation of her close friend Nijika, she formed the "Kessoku Band," where she plays bass and composes music.
"Nendoroid Ryo Yamada" stands approximately 10 cm tall, faithfully recreating the cool senior Ryo in her uniform in adorable Q-version style. Her blue hair covering one eye and the mole under her eye are accurately reproduced. She comes with three face plates: her standard emotionless "Indifferent Face," a "Scornful Face" for her retorts, and a "Grass-Eating Face" depicting her poverty. Combined with accessories like her "bass" and "grass," you can vividly recreate Ryo's quirky moments from the series! Furthermore, by displaying her with Bocchi, Ikuyo Kita, and Nijika Ijichi from the same series, the "Kessoku Band" will be complete!!!
