Japanese high-end statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio's "Museum Masterline" product series has announced its latest product from "Terminator 2": the "T-800 Endoskeleton" 1/3 scale full body statue. Both a Regular Version and a DX Bonus Version will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping date from January to April 2025.
Prime 1 Studio previously created a 1/2 scale T-800 Endoskeleton full body statue and bust from "The Terminator." This time, based on the sequel's settings, the terrifying T-800 is reactivated in 1/3 scale! Standing at 74 cm tall, it is designed based on the "Future War" theme from the opening of "Terminator 2," depicting the T-800 Terminator advancing with a gun. In addition to the intricate wiring, hydraulic systems, and mechanical structures, the heavy, metallic-like paint application, glossy finish, and realistic weathering are all outstanding.
The base, covered with bones, further conveys the overwhelming and suffocating horror of the invading army from the film's opening sequence! Furthermore, this piece features LED light-up functions in both eyes of the head and the base, enhancing the sense of presence when illuminated. The DX Bonus Version, purchased from the Prime 1 Studio online store, will include additional interchangeable head parts (the most noticeable difference being in the teeth), an interchangeable left hand holding a gun, an extra display nameplate, and a head sculpt display stand as bonuses.
