Acorn Republic (Donguri Kyowakoku), the official Ghibli Studio licensed permanent store, is set to release the latest product from its "Pose Full Collection" (ポーズがいっぱいコレクション) blind box series on October 28th: the "Flaptter Full Collection" (tentative translation, フラップターがいっぱいコレクション), inspired by "Castle in the Sky"!
In the film, besides the "Robot Soldiers" (ロボット兵) of Laputa, various flying vehicles also left a deep impression. For instance, the small aircraft "Flaptter" (フラップター) owned by the air pirate group "Dola Gang" (ドーラ一家) is a major classic! This collection is based on the scene in the movie where "Pazu" collaborates with the Dola Gang, piloting the Flaptter to rescue "Sheeta." There are a total of 4+1 hidden (five) types. Not only are the exterior details of the Flaptter and its steampunk design charm meticulously sculpted, but the characters atop are also quite intricate. The translucent wings feature joints that allow for angle adjustment, and when combined with the clear display stand, they perfectly recreate the allure of flight.
This time, the "Flaptter Full Collection" blind box toy also features an early purchase bonus: "Sheeta," depicted standing on the shoulder of a Robot Soldier, waiting in the strong wind for Pazu to come to her rescue. This figure perfectly complements the main collection – it's absolutely fantastic!
