As the annual grand event "2023 New York Comic Con (NYCC)" officially opened from October 12-15, 2023 (US time), American toy brand Super7's 3.75-inch carded figure series "ReAction Figures" announced the NYCC exclusive items "Toho ReAction Figures Wave 4 Gigan & Godzilla '62 (Glow)" based on Toho monsters. These are currently available for pre-order on the SUPER7 official website.
This fourth wave of products, appearing as NYCC exclusives in the ReAction series, includes "Gigan (Glow)" and "Godzilla '62 (Glow)" respectively. Each stands approximately 3.75 inches tall. In addition to meticulously capturing details like rough skin, body patterns, and sharp claws in their palm-sized forms, they are made from glow-in-the-dark material, giving them a vibrant and adorable color scheme that deviates from the usual ferocious image of giant monsters! They even glow brightly in the dark!
The card art design for the ReAction series is also a major highlight. It features highly contrasting, retro comic-style illustrations of Gigan and Godzilla, along with the Japanese names of these two popular monsters. The striking visual effect makes the entire package incredibly eye-catching! Godzilla's pink color scheme is truly super cute!
