Japanese gashapon manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ), following the recent trend of gecko and reptile pets, has launched an exciting new product: the "Gekko japonicus Articulated & Magnet" gashapon! The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with an expected release in late October 2023!
The "Kitan Club Gekko japonicus Articulated & Magnet" gashapon, once assembled, measures approximately 11.3 cm. It realistically recreates the flat body shape, patterns, and warty scales characteristic of the Gekko japonicus, with adorable webbing between its toes also reproduced. It comes in four styles: brown (with patterns), gray (with patterns), gray, and albino. Multiple points of articulation are designed throughout the body: the head can move up, down, left, and right, and both front and hind legs and the tail are also movable. Furthermore, you can use the magnet on its belly to attach it to your refrigerator, allowing you to realistically enjoy the sight of a gecko on the prowl!
