GOOD SMILE COMPANY of Japan recently announced the latest additions to their "POP UP PARADE" product line, featuring new items from the anime series "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners," a spin-off of "Cyberpunk 2077." These are the "David" (デイビッド), "Lucy" (ルーシー), and "Rebecca" (レベッカ) PVC pre-painted figures! They are scheduled for release starting in June 2024.
In "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners," the protagonist, young David, experiences the accidental death of his mother, constant bullying at school, and the imbalance brought by poverty. He then implants the military-grade cyberware "Sandevistan" into his body. Later, he is approached by Maine, the original buyer of the Sandevistan, and subsequently joins Maine's crew. This first wave of three POP UP PARADE figures stands approximately 16-17 cm tall, faithfully recreating their classic animated appearances and impressive poses. Their expressions are also quite well-rendered. While some minor paint imperfections can be observed in the official images, collecting Maine's entire crew would be absolutely fantastic!
