Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys today (25th) announced its latest product from "Prey": the "Feral Predator" 1/6th scale collectible figure! Shipping is estimated for Q4 2024 to Q1 2025.
This three-dimensional rendition of the Feral Predator boasts a formidable physique, standing 37 cm tall, with 16 points of articulation. It faithfully recreates the appearance of the Predator that emerged on Earth around 1700 AD, which significantly differs from previous Predators. This includes its signature bone-style mask, extensive exposed rough skin covered in bloodstains and dirt, black dreadlocks, sharp fangs, as well as forearm gauntlets, a silver belt with a battle skirt, and other equipment. Removing the mask reveals a meticulously sculpted, biologically rich, yet truly hideous Feral Predator head sculpt. The abundant wrinkles and gradient skin tones are incredibly detailed, and it comes with two interchangeable mouth parts: a standard expression and an open-mouthed roar.
Moving on to the accessories, it includes a deployed shield, a pair of wrist blades that can be attached to the arm gauntlets, one baton each in extended and retracted states, a spear gun with a short spear, a whip, multiple interchangeable hands, and a display base designed according to the "Prey" movie setting, conveying a sense of combat realism. Additionally, the mask features an LED light-up function, replicating the activated targeting system.
