Japan's Bandai (バンダイ) toy company has announced its latest mischievously fun product from "Dragon Ball Z": the "Saibaman Clinging! Pocket Tissue Case" (tentative translation, 栽培マン くっ付き！ポケットティッシュケース)! It is scheduled for release in March 2024.
Saibamen (栽培人) are alien warriors brought by Vegeta and Nappa when the two Saiyans invaded Earth. They can grow rapidly from special seeds, possessing a battle power of approximately 1200. Although they couldn't defeat Piccolo, Krillin, and their allies, one still managed to take Yamcha's life through self-destruction, creating the iconic and "masterpiece-level" "Death of Yamcha" scene in Dragon Ball! This product fully leverages the Saibamen's characteristics and is crafted with an abundance of mischievous fun.
This item stands at 34 cm tall, reinterpreting the Saibaman's design with an incredibly cute, large-headed proportion. However, its cunning, wicked grin is perfectly preserved. It can be securely attached anywhere using the Velcro on its hands, just like how the Saibaman clung tightly to Yamcha! Furthermore, the Saibaman's character setting, where it can shoot corrosive fluid from a slit on its head, is cleverly utilized to dispense tissues – truly hilarious!
