After the previous "Devilman Red Version" soft vinyl toy, Hong Kong toy design brand Kaiju One (壹工房) and Japan's unique gallery, Hakaba Gallery (墓場の画廊), have once again joined forces to create themed merchandise from Japanese manga artist Minoru Furuya's absurdly hilarious manga, "Go! Inachu Table Tennis Club." They are bringing six soft vinyl toys at once – let's take a look!
The story of "Go! Inachu Table Tennis Club (行け!稲中卓球部)" revolves around the six members of the Inaho Middle School Boys' Table Tennis Club: Maeno, Izawa, Tanaka, Tanabe, Takeda, and Kinoshita. It opens with the perverted Maeno's "butt-clamping chopsticks" serve. Although the move was successful, Maeno's butt immediately bled from being stabbed by the broken chopsticks. Turning the page further reveals an overwhelming wave of absurd laughter, endless pranks, sexual (harassment), and intense teenage curiosity. Among these, the "Die-Die-Die Squad (ラブコメ死ね死ね団)" formed by Maeno and Izawa to break up couples is a major classic.
This time, Kaiju One has produced a total of 5 figures: Maeno, Izawa, Tanaka, Kishimoto, and Oomura Takuya (Tahara Toshihiko), along with a panda car carrying Maeno and Izawa. Their heights range from approximately 15 to 18 cm. The figures are all designed with them wearing their tracksuits, and great effort has been put into sculpting their head sculpts and facial contours, fully capturing the style of the Inachu manga. Among them, the most special is the old woman who secretly disguised herself as Maeno to participate in a match – the table tennis genius "Arisa Kishimoto." Toy collectors can put on the oversized Maeno mask to display a hilarious look. And the "Die-Die-Die Squad" combination of Maeno and Izawa in their "The Adventures of Milo and Otis" (名犬太郎物語) mascot costumes, paired with the panda car, is simply unbeatable!
