From Japan's M.I.C. Company (MIC Co., Ltd.)'s emerging brand DIGISM, the "DIGSTA" series will release its latest product based on the popular game "Like a Dragon" (Yakuza) theme: the "Kasuga Ichiban" PVC figure. The suggested retail price is 9,460 JPY, and it is expected to be released in June 2024.
Kasuga Ichiban, one of the protagonists of SEGA Japan's yakuza-themed action game series "Like a Dragon," was formerly a wakashu (junior member) of the Tojo Clan's Arakawa Family. To protect the organization and his patriarch Masumi Arakawa, he took the fall for a murder and served 18 years in prison. He is impulsive, easily angered, free-spirited, and suffers from severe chuunibyou (eighth-grade syndrome) fantasies due to his obsession with "Dragon Quest," but he is fundamentally kind-hearted and possesses a strong sense of justice.
The "DIGSTA Kasuga Ichiban" utilizes the series' proud digital modeling and digital transfer technology to faithfully recreate Kasuga Ichiban's in-game facial expressions – his roguish smile, piercing eyes, and iconic curly, fluffy hair. The details of his gold necklace and red suit's texture are also meticulously reproduced! Standing approximately 17.5 cm tall, interchangeable hand parts allow for displaying him wielding his exclusive weapon: the self-proclaimed Hero's Bat! The exclusive base is printed with a black carp "Chiwen" pattern, adding to its fierce aura!
