BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product in its popular Pokémon Shokugan series "POKEMON SCALE WORLD" for the first-generation setting, the "Kanto Region": the "Blaine & Rapidash & Magmar" set. The suggested retail price is 7,480 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2024.
The "POKEMON SCALE WORLD" series is produced at a consistent 1/20 scale, allowing collectors to compare the size differences between human characters and various Pokémon, creating a miniature world where humans and Pokémon coexist. This enables different characters to encounter a wide array of Pokémon, faithfully recreating the worldview of the Pokémon series.
The "POKEMON SCALE WORLD Kanto Region Blaine & Rapidash & Magmar" set, at 1/20 scale, features intricate sizes ranging from approximately 65mm to 95mm in height. It includes Blaine, the Gym Leader of Cinnabar Island, along with his partner Pokémon Rapidash and Magmar. The set faithfully reproduces their refined designs and colors as depicted in the original settings, majestically and beautifully capturing their flame-like burning forms. Finally, the last Gym Leader of the Kanto Region series has arrived, allowing collectors to assemble the entire roster by collecting other items in the same series!!
