BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., recently announced the latest product from its popular assembly model Shokugan series 'SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT', the 'Tetraboy' from Choujin Sentai Jetman, slated for release in April 2024.

Tetraboy is the third robot developed to assist the Choujin Sentai Jetman's combat robots, Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda. Equipped with artificial intelligence, it can operate autonomously without a pilot. While it lacks its own weaponry, its small and agile body allows it to disrupt and ambush enemies. Its true value lies in its ability to transform into a "Quadruple Rocket Launcher" for Jet Icarus, Jet Garuda, and other units to equip, firing powerful Plasma Photon Beam attacks.

The 'SMP Tetraboy' is constructed using multi-color molded parts. The completed robot stands approximately 14 cm tall and features flexible articulated joints, allowing for dynamic poses such as running, punching, and kicking. It also incorporates a transformation mechanism into a "Quadruple Rocket Launcher", enabling it to combine with the separately sold Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda to recreate scenes of firing their finishing moves!
