Korean statue manufacturer JND Studios, in collaboration with KOJUN, has unveiled the first product from their new brand "KOJUN Works": the "The Joker Type-C" 1/6 scale collectible figure, based on "The Dark Knight"! Shipping is expected to begin in Q2 2025.
Infused with multiple technologies developed by KOJUN, including the creation of silicone eye sockets, hidden joints embedded within the silicone body, and magnetic control for eye movement, the "KOJUN Works The Joker" stands approximately 35 cm tall. It faithfully recreates The Joker's costume from "The Dark Knight" according to the film's settings. Not only does it feature a luxurious lineup of two body types, but the head sculpt, which vividly captures the essence of actor Heath Ledger, also comes with two expressions: normal and smiling. The skin is made of silicone, the glass eyeballs have magnetic functionality, and the green hair, completed with meticulous hair-rooting technology, boasts a highly realistic disheveled look.
The articulation benefits from hidden joints in the neck and hands, allowing for a wider range of poses that break through the limitations of traditional ball joints. Even the freedom of movement for the fingers has been significantly enhanced. Paired with the accessories included in this set—such as a pistol, submachine gun, bombs hidden in the trench coat, handcuffs, a detention cell chair, and two Rottweiler dogs—many movie scenes can be recreated. The base also features two material presentations: asphalt road and wooden floor. We are truly excited about the actual play experience.
