Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY's popular toy series 《ZOIDS》 announced today that it will launch a collaboration project with CAPCOM's popular hunting action video game 《Monster Hunter》. Detailed content will be revealed at a later date.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of its product release, the 《ZOIDS》 series launched the "ZOIDS 40TH ANNIVERSARY PROJECT." This initiative has not only re-created many classic Zoids with the latest modern technology but has also actively collaborated with well-known external IPs and exhibitions such as 《Fist of the North Star》, 《Patlabor》, and 《Dinosaur Expo 2023》 to launch various limited-edition products.

The 《Monster Hunter》 series, which also celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, places players in a world teeming with various large monsters, where they take on the role of a rookie hunter. Through continuous monster hunting, material gathering, and equipment enhancement, they aim to defeat Elder Dragons with extraordinary abilities. This time, 《ZOIDS》 has once again announced a collaboration with the popular video game 《Monster Hunter》. Although the project details have not yet been revealed, TAKARA TOMY will undoubtedly not miss the huge business opportunity of merging large monsters with Zoids. There's a strong possibility we'll see Zoid models featuring color schemes and designs inspired by popular monsters such as Rathalos, Zinogre, and more!
