Japanese toy brand Kaiyodo's "Amazing Yamaguchi (アメコミヤマグチ)" articulated figure series, known for its incredible posability, officially announced its latest DC-themed release today (15th): the "Batman" (バットマン) articulated figure from "Batman: Arkham Knight"! It is scheduled for release in September 2024.
Standing approximately 18 cm tall, this figure faithfully recreates the high-tech Bat-suit from the game. In addition to meticulously sculpted armor details and a sharp metallic feel, the shaping of the muscles and the realistic wrinkles that create a taut visual effect are exceptionally well done. For the physique, sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi's years of experience are fully utilized, allowing this Batman to maintain relatively natural body lines even when striking dynamic poses. The cape, with its strong leather-like texture, is once again sewn by Kazu, and its hem shape conveys a powerful bat impression. Collectors can also bend the internal wire to create various angles, greatly enhancing Batman's action dynamism – it's absolutely stunning!
Accessories include Batarangs, a remote-controlled Batarang, Grapple Guns ×2, wired grappling hooks ×2, foldable Remote Hacking Devices ×2, 5 screen inserts for the hacking device, multiple interchangeable hands, and a display stand.
