Medicos Entertainment's highly popular "Super Action Statue" series will release its latest product based on "Fist of the North Star": the Nanto Roku Seiken - Gisei "Rei" action figure! The suggested retail price is 10,120 Japanese Yen, with an estimated release in September 2024.
One of the Nanto Roku Seiken's "Gisei," Rei is the successor to Nanto Suichō Ken (South Star Waterfowl Fist) and a Nanto martial artist who embodies justice. Both his appearance and his fighting style are remarkably beautiful; though his movements are as elegant and graceful as a swan gliding on water, their power is incredibly formidable! He embarked on a journey to find his sister, who was abducted by "the man with seven scars on his chest." Initially mistaking Kenshiro for his enemy, he later clarified the misunderstanding and teamed up with Kenshiro to defeat the "Fang Clan." To repay Kenshiro's kindness, Rei decided to challenge Raoh, using the Nanto Ultimate Secret Technique, Danki Sōsai Ken (Self-Sacrificing Killing Fist), intending to die with Raoh. However, he was instead struck by Raoh's secret pressure point, Shinkesshū, leaving him with only three days to live...
The "Super Action Statue Rei" action figure stands approximately 17.5 cm tall. In addition to faithfully recreating his sharp, distinctive expression from the series, the wrinkles in his clothing, his armor, and his powerful musculature, it also includes interchangeable hair parts for his "White-Haired Rei" state, where his hair turns white from the extreme pain he endures! His long hair also features articulated design. Combined with the full range of articulated joints, interchangeable hand parts, interchangeable face parts, and effect parts for his techniques, you can enjoy recreating his magnificent moves and completing his final Dance of the Waterfowl!!
