South Korean sculpting brand JND Studios officially announced today (29th) their latest product from "The Witcher", the "Geralt of Rivia" 1/3 scale full body statue! Pre-orders are now open on the JND Studios official website, with shipping expected to begin in Q2 2025.
This 1/3 scale statue of "Geralt of Rivia" stands approximately 71.5 cm tall. Based on the series' setting and actor Henry Cavill's portrayal of Geralt, this lonely character – a hero who hunts monsters yet is unwelcome by humans – is highly recreated. The statue captures his imposing stance, holding a Meteorite Sword plunged into a monster's head, coupled with a solemn expression on his face, conveying both Geralt's strength and his sense of solitude. In addition to the meticulously crafted silicone head sculpt, the beautifully rooted white hair, and the expressive glass eyes, details such as the black attire adorned with silver ornaments, gauntlets, the wolf head medallion, and the Meteorite Sword are all exceptionally rendered.
Next is the highly impactful monster head on the base. Not only is it sculpted with great skill to create a realistic biological feel with detailed skin, fangs, and severed sections, but this severed monster head is also a very important element in this piece. The JND Studios production team infused the concept that "where there are monsters, Geralt will be there." The two are incompatible mortal enemies, yet they become tightly linked by a single sword, conveying that one of Geralt's most important reasons for existence is to hunt monsters. Visually, this severed monster head also greatly enhances the statue's dramatic tension.
