BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan (candy toy) division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product from its deformed figure Shokugan series, "CONVERGE MOTION," titled "Shin Kamen Rider OTHER AUGMENTS SET," based on the movie "Shin Kamen Rider." It is scheduled for release in June 2024. This product will be sold exclusively on Bandai's official online store, PREMIUM BANDAI.
"CONVERGE MOTION Kamen Rider" is a new series evolved from the CONVERGE KAMEN RIDER line, continuing its characteristic deformed proportions and rich detailed sculpting. However, compared to the original series' static, single standing poses, the "CONVERGE MOTION Kamen Rider" series recreates classic in-series poses with more dynamic sculpting, further showcasing the unique charm of each Rider and monster, allowing for the display of cooperative battles or confrontation scenes.
The "Shin Kamen Rider OTHER AUGMENTS SET" includes the Spider Augment, Hachi Augment, and Kamakiri Chameleon (K.K) Augment, who fiercely battled Takeshi Hongo and Hayato Ichimonji in the film, as well as Kamen Rider No. 0, transformed by the final boss Ichiro Midorikawa. Through intricate sculpting and color application, the distinctive costume designs and patterned colors of each monster are faithfully reproduced. Kamen Rider No. 0 also features his characteristic long hair and mouth-like apparatus.
