The original assembly model series '30 MINUTES MISSIONS', released by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division, known for its quick assembly, ease of customization, and full display of mass-produced machine charm, recently announced the latest product, "1/144 eEXM-9 Baskyrott [Gray]", scheduled for release in April 2024.
The eEXM-9 Baskyrott, a new machine designed by mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa, is set within the '30 MINUTES MISSIONS' series as an older model EXAMACS previously operated by the Earth Alliance Army. Compared to other machines from the same faction, it boasts a wider and more robust appearance, and is equipped with a large rifle and large shield commensurate with its size.
The "30MM 1/144 eEXM-9 Baskyrott [Gray]" continues the series' features of easy assembly, high expandability, and interchangeability. It utilizes newly molded gray parts to recreate its robust machine form. Specifically for expandability, it features the largest number of 3mm expansion ports in the series' history across its entire body, including numerous expansion ports and pivot bases on the torso, limbs, and shield. The backpack sides can also deploy two support arms. Furthermore, its articulation allows for a relatively natural high kneeling pose, and accessories include the newly designed support robot "Roy-Roy," which can be disassembled to become a replacement head part for the Baskyrott.
