Chinese toy brand CCSTOYS recently announced its brand-new 1/12 scale action figure series "FigScript", and showcased the developing prototype of its first release from "Getter Robo Armageddon", "Ryoma Nagare". The release date is yet to be determined.
The new series "FigScript" features 1/12 scale action figures, with its most prominent characteristic being the characters' meticulously tailored fabric clothing. This release, Ryoma Nagare, the protagonist from "Getter Robo Armageddon", faithfully recreates the fierce and powerful design penned by manga artist Ken Ishikawa. His iconic red scarf and the chains still wrapped around his body after escaping prison are sculpted from plastic to capture a dynamic pose, while his coat, shirt, and pants are all crafted from fabric materials.
