MEDICOM TOY, a renowned Japanese toy company, today (24th) announced the latest product from its 6-inch action figure series "MAFEX," the "Iron Man (Stealth Ver.)" (Iron Man (Stealth Ver.)), based on MARVEL comics! It is scheduled for release in December 2024, with a suggested retail price of 11,880 JPY.
The usually vibrant and eye-catching Iron Man now appears in a cool, sophisticated color scheme, perfect for infiltrating enemy territory! This Stealth Armor is designed based on the cover of Marvel Comics' The Invincible Iron Man #152 from 1981, faithfully recreating the original Stealth Armor's two-tone blue appearance. The retro-style musculature and the mask, reminiscent of a widow's peak, are meticulously reproduced. With different mask designs and a head sculpt featuring painted eyes, four variations of the head can be displayed. Accessories include red jet effects, multiple interchangeable hands, and an articulated stand. Compared to the comic version of "Iron Man" released by MAFEX in 2022, it comes with fewer accessories and no unmasked Tony Stark head sculpt, but the price is also slightly lower.
