Released by Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya, the beautiful girl plastic model kit series "ARCANADEA," which features numerous fantasy elements, revealed the latest development progress for its fifth character "SOFFIERA," sixth character "ERMEDA," and a mysterious seventh character silhouette during a live broadcast held this evening.
"Arcanadea" is a plastic model kit series with a sci-fi and fantasy theme. Its world-view is set in the near future, where Eden Industries uses newly discovered next-generation energy "Arcana Particles" to create the popular virtual space server "Eden." Among these, the fantasy-style Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online (VRMMO) game "Arcanadea" enjoys widespread popularity.
However, one day, a strange explosion occurred at Eden Industries, scattering "Arcana Crystals" that brought immense disaster to the world. These crystals not only caused frequent anomalies worldwide but also brought unknown life forms from another world with incredible powers, known as "DEARS." These "DEARS," resembling fantasy creatures, exist in two categories: those that harm humans and harmless ones that can coexist with humans. Therefore, Eden Industries began recruiting "DEAR MASTERS" who could work with harmless DEARS to recover Arcana Crystals.
The previously announced fifth character, "SOFFIERA," is also designed by illustrator necömi and, like the second character Violet, is a Demon DEARS. Compared to Violet's cute little devil image, SOFFIERA possesses a more mature demeanor, a voluptuous figure, and massive scorpion-like wings and tail. This program further revealed her large scythe weapon and factory prototype samples.
The newly revealed sixth character, "ERMEDA," is an Angel DEARS, just like the first character Lumitea. She possesses an even more mature demeanor and two pairs of large wings. Based on the currently revealed prototype, the overall richness of her costume details has evolved significantly compared to Lumitea, who was released two years ago.
The mysterious seventh character currently only has an illustration silhouette revealed, with no detailed character settings. However, from the silhouette, it can be seen that her design style, like the fourth character "Elena," is that of a beast-girl with a human upper body and an animal lower body, specifically a half-human, half-snake lamia character.
