American toy company Mattel's online sales platform Mattel Creations, which collaborates with fan creators to sell works, announced the release of a new product for Mattel's classic toy IP "Masters of the Universe" — the "Masterverse Snout Spout" action figure. The suggested retail price is US$33, and it will go on sale starting March 12th, US time!
Snout Spout first appeared on television in "She-Ra: Princess of Power," a spin-off of "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe," featuring He-Man's sister. Snout Spout is characterized as a warrior with a mechanical elephant head, possessing the ability to spray powerful jets of water, fighting alongside Eternia's heroic warriors as a firefighter.
This "Masterverse Snout Spout" is a re-sculpt of the Masterverse series body, with an 8-inch tall physique making him appear larger than other villains. The head features Snout Spout's intricate mechanical elephant head, with light-pipe eyes that create a glowing visual effect at certain angles; the trunk uses a flexible hose design. Although the classic version's water-sucking and shooting mechanism has been removed, the included water jet effect parts and his axe still allow him to display Snout Spout's power!
The packaging for this release adopts a pizza box-style design, including three beautifully illustrated cardboard cards for collectors to use for display, showcasing this mighty warrior's presence in Eternia!
