American toy manufacturer McFarlane Toys has recently been unveiling its lineup of 7-inch action figures based on DC superhero characters. This article brings you the product information for that flexible and hilarious hero, "Plastic Man"!

Plastic Man, originally named Patrick O'Brian, was an orphan who grew up on the streets. As an adult, he became a thief known as "The Eel." During one operation, he was accidentally shot in the shoulder, and an unknown chemical liquid entered his body through the wound, altering him. Patrick was later fortunate enough to be discovered and treated by a group of monks. After recovering, he decided to turn over a new leaf, donning sunglasses and a red bodysuit to become a superhero capable of transforming into any object at will.

This Plastic Man action figure from McFarlane not only fully recreates his classic look with sunglasses and a red bodysuit, but also allows for playing out Plastic Man's exaggerated transformations with interchangeable parts! That elongated left arm, with its incredibly slender fingers, is particularly interesting. It also appears to include an additional stretched-neck head sculpt and a transformed right hand. However, this Plastic Man is not a standalone action figure; it is a JLA build-a-wave figure that requires collecting Aquaman, Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern to complete.
