The "ROBOT Damashii" series of robot-themed articulated finished products, released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectors' toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product from the anime "Aura Battler Dunbine", the "BOZUNE General Use & Aura Battler Production Stand Set", scheduled for release in September 2024.
The BOZUNE is the main mass-produced Aura Battler used by the anti-Drake faction in the series. This unit was developed based on the Dana O'Shee, developed by the Gepp family. While its overall performance wasn't significantly enhanced, it possesses characteristics suitable for mass production, such as easier manufacturing and operation. In addition to the portable Aura Sword and hunting weapons, its palms also conceal smoothbore cannons.
The "ROBOT Damashii BOZUNE General Use & Aura Battler Production Stand Set" faithfully recreates the BOZUNE as a 14.5 cm tall articulated figure based on the anime's design, reproducing its unique insect-like appearance and green, carapace-like armor. The two pairs of wings on its back are made of clear material with delicate patterns etched into them. With articulation throughout its body, it can be posed in various battle and flight stances. Weapon accessories include the Aura Sword and hunting weapons, stored separately on its left and right back.
Furthermore, the product also includes newly produced "Aura Battler Production Stand" parts. The entire cart is sized to accommodate Aura Battlers released in the ROBOT Damashii series, and it also comes with two miniature draft horses to pull the cart, allowing for the recreation of the transport scene from episode 12 of the TV anime.
