From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, the robot-themed action figure series 'ROBOT Damashii' today announced the latest product from the anime "Aura Battler Dunbine", the "BOZUNE BOTUNE (King Foizon's Machine)", slated for release in November 2024.
The BOTUNE is a successor unit developed by the Anti-Drake Faction, based on the BOZUNE. This unit incorporates design philosophies from the Dunbine, featuring a unique bird-like silhouette that prioritizes reduced air resistance. Its entire body boasts sharp, streamlined armor, and its legs utilize a reverse-joint structure, allowing for superior maneuverability and agility in aerial combat. Furthermore, it is the first unit in the Anti-Drake Faction to be equipped with a "New Aura Converter," enabling its Aura Power to exceed 1 and achieve even greater performance.
The "ROBOT Damashii BOZUNE BOTUNE (King Foizon's Machine)" is crafted as a 14 cm tall action figure, faithfully reproducing the anime's design. It perfectly recreates the unit's distinctive bird-like head, reverse-joint leg structure, and the navy blue color characteristic of King Foizon's personal machine. The two pairs of wings on its back are made from clear material and feature intricate patterns. The entire figure boasts flexible articulation, allowing it to strike dynamic flying and combat poses with the included "Aura Sword".
