Chinese emerging model brand SOUL WING has obtained official Japanese authorization to launch a new product based on the popular anime "BLEACH" — the "Duel of the 2nd Division: Yoruichi Shihouin VS Soifon" 1/6 scale collectible statue, with a suggested retail price of US$619.99, expected to be released in Q4 2024!
Yoruichi Shihouin and Soifon successively served as captains of the "Onmitsukidō" 2nd Division, and also shared a master-disciple relationship. Soifon once greatly admired Yoruichi, but after Yoruichi assisted Kisuke Urahara in escaping from the Soul Society, Soifon was deeply unable to accept it. She trained day and night until she achieved the same reputation and strength as Yoruichi, becoming the captain of the 2nd Division. The duel between Yoruichi Shihouin and Soifon comes from episodes 55 and 56 of the "Soul Society: The Rescue" arc of the "BLEACH" anime, where this spectacular master-disciple showdown unfolded after Rukia was rescued from the execution stand!
This piece stands approximately 50 cm tall, capturing Yoruichi's dynamic pose mid-air, preparing to kick down towards Soifon. The shattered debris and white shockwave effects significantly enhance the overall impact, with the characters' composed expressions forming a strong contrast to the intensity of the scene! The sculpture also meticulously presents various details on their clothing, faithfully recreating the wrinkles and textures from the original work. The base features Yoruichi's representative orange and Soifon's black intertwined into a disc, adorned with a golden border, supporting this battle scene filled with intricate tension!
